Privacy Matters. Clarity First.
How the website handles general enquiries, essential browser storage and optional third-party services.
SOURCE VERSION / NOVEMBER 2026Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be handled when you use ausmarivastays.com. It describes the website as currently implemented, including enquiry fields, local browser storage and optional third-party maps. It should be reviewed and updated with verified operator details before deployment. We do not claim that the website or its operator is subject to any particular law without confirming the relevant facts.
About ausmarivastays
ausmarivastays presents hospitality and destination concepts for Perth, Adelaide and Darwin. A general contact address is shown as Level 5, 28 Crescent Avenue, Perth WA 6000, with the telephone number +61 8 5550 0100 and email [email protected]. The destination pages provide separate contact information for Perth, Adelaide and Darwin.
Scope of This Privacy Policy
This policy concerns browsing the site, interacting with its age declaration and cookie controls, loading an optional map and preparing or submitting an enquiry. It does not automatically cover the independent practices of an accommodation operator, booking platform or third-party website. When you follow an external link, the destination service's own privacy information may apply. Read it before providing further information.
Types of Personal Information Collected
The contact form asks for a name, email address, optional telephone number, preferred destination, enquiry topic and message. Please provide only information relevant to the enquiry. It is possible to include personal information in free-text fields; we recommend avoiding financial details, identity documents, passwords and sensitive health information. The current front-end does not maintain a visitor account or reservation profile.
Contact Form Submissions
The contact form requests a name, email address, optional phone number, destination, enquiry category and message. Client-side validation checks required fields. In the current preview build, submitting a valid form displays a demonstration thank-you message, but it does not transmit your enquiry to our team because no live delivery endpoint is configured. To enable genuine enquiries, the publisher must connect and test an HTTPS submission service and update this policy with the receiving entity and retention arrangements.
Website Technical Information
Like other websites, the hosting environment may record standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser types, device data, requested pages and error events. Those records depend on the hosting provider and are not defined by the static website files alone. The operator should assess the actual server configuration and disclose relevant log processing, retention practices and any additional analytics services introduced.
How Information Is Collected
Information can be provided directly when an enquiry is composed, created when you choose age or cookie settings, or transmitted to third parties after an intentional interaction such as loading a Google map. Some technical data may be generated by the browser and hosting infrastructure while pages are delivered. We recommend inspecting deployed integrations to ensure this explanation remains accurate.
Purposes of Data Collection
Contact details entered into the enquiry form are intended to facilitate responses to destination and hospitality questions once a submission service is connected. In this preview version, the form confirmation is local only and does not deliver data to a recipient. Essential local storage remembers an adult age declaration and cookie choices. Optional maps provide general city orientation. The website does not process payments, accept hotel bookings or provide online gambling.
Privacy Act 1988
The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) establishes an Australian framework for personal information protection. Whether a particular operator is covered depends on its identity, activities and applicable thresholds or exceptions. This template does not establish that ausmarivastays has been assessed for compliance. The publisher should obtain appropriate advice about the law that applies to its actual business and data handling activities.
Australian Privacy Principles
The Australian Privacy Principles address matters such as transparency, collection, use, disclosure, information quality, security and access. Their application to an entity must be considered in context. Our design approach favours transparent notices and only asking for data needed for a general enquiry, but this statement is not a formal compliance certification or a representation about a future operational system.
Cookies and Local Storage
The current source uses browser localStorage under the identifiers mariva_age_confirmed_v1 and mariva_cookie_preferences_v1. The first stores an adult declaration; the second stores consent choices. No analytics or marketing scripts are shipped with the website. See the Cookie Policy for the precise storage fields and the process for changing your preferences. Actual third-party cookies may arise if external services are enabled.
Consent and Preferences
Visitors can accept all optional categories, reject them or manage choices individually. Optional analytics and marketing preferences start disabled. These settings are saved locally and can be changed using the footer control. Giving consent does not itself activate analytics or advertising tools because none are currently integrated. If such services are added, their execution must be properly connected to the preference mechanism.
Third-Party Service Providers
The site uses Google Fonts resources for typography and can display a Google Maps embed after the visitor selects a load button. A host, email provider or form endpoint may also process data when configured. These services may have their own data practices and international processing arrangements. The operator should publish the identity and relevant role of each actual provider rather than relying on generic categories alone.
Embedded Google Maps
The hotel pages include Google Maps set to their respective city centres, not exact property pins. Maps load only when the visitor chooses Load City Map. Google may then receive technical information and use its own tracking technologies. If you prefer not to connect to Google Maps, leave the map unloaded.
Disclosure of Personal Information
The displayed contact email addresses are [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. A future form processor or email provider may receive the personal information sent to it once properly configured. Before switching on delivery, the responsible publisher must disclose the actual recipients, lawful purposes and any service providers involved.
International Data Transfers
External resources or future form processors may operate outside Australia. The location of processing and any international transfer obligations depend on the services chosen by the actual publisher. Google-hosted services may process information in several jurisdictions. Before deployment, the operator should review provider documentation and applicable laws, and amend this section to describe the real arrangements.
Data Security
The static website uses browser-side field validation, but such validation does not replace secure server processing. If a form endpoint is introduced, it should use HTTPS, appropriate access controls, anti-abuse protection and secure retention practices. We cannot verify the security controls of an unidentified future recipient or hosting provider. Do not send passwords, card data or other sensitive documents through the general form.
Data Retention
The site does not save enquiry text in browser localStorage. The current preview form validates fields and shows a local confirmation without sending a message to a recipient. Cookie and age preferences remain in localStorage until removed or updated. Any future live email or server service must define and disclose its own retention and deletion schedule before collecting real enquiries.
Access to Personal Information
Depending on applicable privacy law, you may request access to personal information held by the responsible operator. Privacy enquiries can be addressed to [email protected] or through the Contact page once those channels have been verified and activated. The postal contact shown is Level 5, 28 Crescent Avenue, Perth WA 6000. The browser-stored age and cookie preferences can be deleted using browser settings.
Correction of Information
To request correction of personal information held after a live contact service has been enabled, write to [email protected]. Give enough information for the relevant operator to identify your enquiry without sending passwords, card information or identity documents. You can update cookie preferences using the Cookie Settings link in the footer. Removing site storage also clears the browser age declaration.
Marketing Communications
No marketing mailing list, promotional automation or behavioural advertising integration is shipped with this website. The marketing toggle records a preference only and does not trigger an advertising script. If subscriptions or marketing communications are introduced later, the publisher must explain how sign-up works, what information is used and how to unsubscribe or withdraw consent as applicable.
Children and Age Restrictions
The website includes information about casino-related adult entertainment and displays an age declaration gate. Visitors who indicate they are under 18 are directed away from the site. This is a self-declaration, not identity verification. We do not intentionally provide gambling services through the website. Anyone concerned about a minor's access should use appropriate device-level or family safety controls.
Privacy Complaints
Questions or complaints about privacy can be directed to [email protected], or the general contact at [email protected] and +61 8 5550 0100. In Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner offers information on privacy complaints where its jurisdiction applies. The availability of any particular complaint route depends on the responsible operator and applicable law.
Updates to This Policy
The website may change as its services and technical integrations evolve. A new form processor, analytics tool, booking function or additional third-party script would require a fresh review of this notice and potentially of the consent mechanism. The publisher should record an accurate effective date and make material changes understandable to visitors. This version describes the initial static-site implementation.
